Acceptance of Order

Acceptance and the confirmation of order are carried out by a series of data entries on successive screen pages:

1. Add Desire article in shopping bag
2. Validation of shopping bag ordered
3.  To type personal data

Until to stage 2, you can modify your order while clicking on the icon " My shopping bag " in bottom of your screen

4. Choice of the mode of payment

The final acceptance of order is carried out by the selected mode of payment (Paypal, Western Union and Via Wire transfer).

Validity of order

Once the order is placed and payment of the goods has been made via any of the permitted options, the order remains valid and cannot be cancelled in the intervening period between the commissioning of the order and the delivery.

Modifications in Style/design, plus size orders and other major change in article are considered as custom order.  Please be inform that we do not accept modifications after 24 hours from the order transaction.

Delivery times for garments

Generally, outfits are available for delivery in the below mentioned times. For more accurate turnaround time info or priority order service please contact customer service.

Casual/Tuniques: 15 to 21 days
Party/Evening: 15 to 21 days
Special Occasions: 25 to 35 days
Bridals: 30 to 45 days

Delivery time for other Items

When you are buying heavily embellished bridal outfits it takes 30 to 45 days to complete an order. Evening and party wear with handsome amount of embroidery take up to 15 - 30 days. Casual wear are ready within 15 - 30 days. More Precisely, it takes at least 25 - 35 days for an order of various dresses to be ready for dispatch.

International shipping

Customers are responsible for any customs duty or taxes imposed by the country of destination.
Please note that the shipping schedule is quoted by the shipping company and any delays are the responsibility of the shipping company.

indiandress.biz cannot be held responsible for any shipping delay.

Color Disclaimer

indiandress.biz firmly believes that all the customers who order online are conscious that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual color of outfits, accessories or jewelry ordered.

It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A slight variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and medium.

General Disclaimer

The garments sold at indiandress.biz are hand made/crafted in the finest traditions of Indo-Pak textile crafts. Irregularities in weave, block print or embroidery are a characteristic of the process and beyond our control. At times actual outfit may be little different in design than displayed on the website as they are hand made, hence beyond our control.

Typing Errors

indiandress.biz use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that all information on this web site is accurate. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is displayed in relation to any product on this site due to a clerical, typographical, technical or pricing error, Indiandress.biz shall have the right to refuse to accept any order (s) to supply such product (s) whether or not the order (s) has/ve been confirmed and the credit card (s) has/ve been charged.

If a credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled for the mentioned reasons, Indiandress.biz shall issue the difference to that credit card for the incorrect price (s) within 10 following days to have noted the error.
